Ingredients

4 Apples, hollowed out

Vanilla Ice cream

Caramel Sauce, warmed

Cut off the tops of the apples just enough to have an opening, then hollow out the middle of each apple. Take one scoop of vanilla ice cream and fit into the hollowed out apple. Warm the caramel sauce and drizzle over the  top.
